Loren has been involved in the Pool and Spa industry since he was 10 years old. Working for family every chance he had to gain experience in all types of Pools and Spas.  After School, weekends and during Summer Vacation.  Loren has worked for major Pool and Spa Companies in Edmonton until 2006 when he took the big step to start

Elite Pool & Spa Service, his own Service Business. 

Loren has many many courses for Automation, Chemicals, Parts and Service for every type of Pool and Spa in the Industry. Loren had a Mentor from the Service Industry where he learned respect for the Customer, put yourself in the customers' shoes, echoed every day when Loren was Service Manager.
